Are your MSN buddies avoiding you?

MSN - FrustratedEver wondered if your friends blocked you on MSN? As you’d probably know, when someone blocks you on MSN Messenger, you cannot see it, instead that person just appears to be offline. I found a site where you can check whether they’re really offline, or if they just blocked you.

As you can see from the image below, you just enter the hotmail account, and then click “check”. You’ll get the status update immediately, and the nickname of the person too ;)

I looove little gadgets like this, and though no one has blocked me, it was still fun to check out. Hope it helps someone ;)

PS. I haven’t figured out a way to IM them if they DID block you – don’t think you can do that. You can e-mail them however? LOL :P

Cannot Delete File – In Use By Another Programme

So I tried everything to remove this obscure folder from my desktop. I don’t know how it got there in the first place, or who put it there, I just knew I had to get rid of it. I managed to delete all of the files in the folder except for two of them. With the help of someone I tried to delete it through the Cmd Prompt, and then just got an error that the files don’t exist. Finally I googled and found this cute app ( http://www.d-a-l.com/help/showthread.php?t=18815 ) Its can delete virtually anything!! Sounds a bit stupid now I know, but it was really handy at the time. If you ever have the same trouble, I really recommend it ;)

4GB Flash DriveLook what I’ve found!!!

Hello Kitti computer accessories! Now I’m not a bonkers Hello Kitti fan, but I thought these were just so cute. I know the guys will probably look @ me funny and shake their heads, but hey, I’m a chick, and I was made to like cute things :) On the left is a USB hub, on the right a 512MB Flash Drive, and at the bottom a Hello Kitty Notebook. I never knew there were things like this available..? I kinda give it a miss for myself though, coz it doesn’t really fit in with the corporate image, though I can imagine that it will be popular with my year old niece. ;) Good idea for a upcoming birthday, but it could get expensive though! :P Notebook
