Dessert Pizza? (GROSS!!)

Banana Split Pizza Dessert pizza’s are gross. The thought of it is disgusting. But if you start to think about it, it shouldn’t be any different than sweet pastries? Still pizza’s are meant to be savoury in my opinion. Who thought of dessert pizza’s anyway? Its a real thing, I kid you not - its on the menu’s of normal pizza places.

I was going to expand on the topic, but since I’m sick at home today, I don’t have the energy. I’m going right back to bed, where I will sleep, and (unfortunately) work. I still have a horrible sore throat, and my body is sore. I do have meds, but they make me so drowsy that I try not to take them in the middle of the day when I have to work.

Hope to write again soon. By the way, my font is almost done - I just have to do the .readme file, and then you can have it if you’d like! :)

    My first attempt at making a pizza when I was young involved ham and sugar because I didn’t like cheese. It wasn’t a success.

    although i was originally skeptical, im now a convert :)Dessert pizza is actually damn good - there is a restaurant in durban called pizzetta which makes the most awesome dessert pizza ever. try it if u ever there!

    and i’m with you, dessert pizza just isn’t right. I mean I’ve tried some, and it’s pretty good, but yeah, it’s not right. LOL

    I also thought the same when we had pancakes and bacon last week… it ended up being a gastronomic crecendo! :-)
    Never tried the pizza desert yet… if the crust is light it may be good.
    Get better soon, a good shot of ginger brandy helps… you feel laid back and do not worry about the aches for a while!

    Hope you get to feeling better soon! There’s a pizza place in Milan that if you are ever able to make to this neck of the woods that you just GOTTA try. The pizza’s are HUGE! Click on my name to see a photo of my husband and his pizza from this place. Yes, the pizza is for one person mind you!

    Dizzy Dee, sorry if this ends up posting twice. If you ever make it up to this neck of the woods, you just HAVE to check out a pizza shop in Milan. Click on my name and you will see a photo of my husband with his pizza, and part of mine. Yes, the pizza is for one person! Here in Italy, I have yet to see dessert pizzas. Obviously not an Italian invention!

    Oooooo, I’m a fan of the dessert pizza. But then again, I love anything sweet. Must be why I’m so “hooked” on myself?? ;)

    Thank you all for the get well wishes. I’m much better today ;)
    Was back at work on Friday already, though I wasn’t 100%.

    The vitamins seem to have done the trick & today I feel like I can run a marathon. (kidding - I don’t think I could EVER run a marathon)
