I Found Nemo!

Finding Nemo - We Found Him!Whoohoo!!! I found Nemo – in an e-mail this morning…LOL
I thought this was such a cute pic, and just had to share it.  Other than looking for Nemo, my week has been filled mostly with work.

Last night I scrubbed my thighs & buttocks with Cayenne pepper & Ginger scrub, which made me feel like I was burning alive.  It was like having sunburn on my arse, which, by the way, hasn’t  seen sun since I was a little girl.

Today I feel brave enough to try it again, but decided to post first as its hard to sit on my flaming arse.
I’ll read in bed after the scrub – not so much pressure, and I can turn onto my stomach if it really gets bad.

I’ll post something more substantial again soon – depending what my work looks like. Till then, good night, and keep well :D

    Hey Jen,
Here’s why I’m rubbing my butt with cayenne pepper & ginger. Don’t know whether its worth it yet though :P

    # Restores circulation
    # Increases the blood flow to the fat cells near the surface of your skin
    # Nourishes the cells and accelerates detoxification – advanced detox formula
    # Boosts effective lymphatic drainage
    # Supports your liver

    MD,
That answer counts for you too :P

    Pinoy,
I loved that movie too… The gulls were my favourite ;)

Well, I was going to ask why the heck you would rub yourself down with spices like a holiday turkey, but you’ve beat me to it with the answer. Sounds like it has great benefits, unfortunatly I’m no where near that brave. My friend said she was going to get a pumpkin facial, now that’s something I could go for.

Thanks for the funny pic. I live in Japan, so have shared it with family in the USA.

I like ginger too, but I usually take it internally…..
