My friend lives in Estonia, where it frequently drops to around -20°C in winter, and sometimes all the way down to -35°C. That's cold.

It's hard to know what to make of global warming, seeing as scientists can't agree whether it exists or not. But there seems to be evidence to support it. The human body raises its own temperature to kill infections, and just like a fever, it could be possible that the ecosystem is throwing the seasonal calendar out the window in an attempt to get rid of the organisms causing it harm.

Still, like a really smart infection, I'm sure that humans will adapt to whatever earth tries to do to get rid of us.

Global warming some call it... I dunno, seems rather weird to me too. I'm suspecting however, that the seasons have never been 'normal' - instead they've been changing all along. Spiralling maybe? That being the reason for the bigger changes recently?

Argh, who knows!

What's weirder is how it suddenly turned winter a couple of days ago. Is it just me or has the seasons in SA been increasingly erratic over the last few years? First blazing hot summers and now this.
