Are your MSN buddies avoiding you?
Ever wondered if your friends blocked you on MSN? As you’d probably know, when someone blocks you on MSN Messenger, you cannot see it, instead that person just appears to be offline. I found a site where you can check whether they’re really offline, or if they just blocked you.
As you can see from the image below, you just enter the hotmail account, and then click “check”. You’ll get the status update immediately, and the nickname of the person too 
I looove little gadgets like this, and though no one has blocked me, it was still fun to check out. Hope it helps someone
PS. I haven’t figured out a way to IM them if they DID block you - don’t think you can do that. You can e-mail them however? LOL

in linux with a IM program called gaim you can see whether you are blocked by your msn buddy.
