Because of the excellent translation of the classic Aston look, but mostly because it looks like it was designed in a single brush stroke. The result is something so natural it belongs anywhere. It's not that hot around the track, but it's very clear that the DB9 is meant to travel gracefully and unhindered around long bends and slight dips.
