		<description>Working with clients over the phone isn&#039;t exactly as easy as most people think. It really takes effort to talk to people and have them believe your voice that you&#039;re not just trying to get them off the phone. Tone speaks volumes when it comes to telephone conversations.

I understand about the work being so far away factor. When I lived in Los Angeles, I had to drive up to 3 hours to get to work. And that was one way. I spent a lot of time in the car in those days.</description>
