Dizzy Dee

On Friday the 5th of May I spent the WHOLE day in Gold Reef City, which is an amusement park in Johannesburg, South Africa. I haven't been to Gold Reef City since I was 14 probably - I can't even remember it, so it was looong ago. It was my bf's birthday on the 5th of May, so we decided to do something fun - just the 2 of us. And it was a huge load of fun. The have animals now too - which they didn't before they made all the major changes. But ofcourse you go there for the rides. I haven't been on the anaconda before, and the last time I went to Ratanga Junction (in Cape Town) the Cobra was 'closed for maintanance' —- as they so often are. Suppose it wasn't THAT bad back then - I got try out the Sling Shot THREE TIMES!!! This time Gold Reef City the Anaconda was working, and it was ALOT of fun - though not as scary as I had hoped :/ The Jozi Express was more frightning o_O Anyway, the Tower of Terror was 'closed for enhancements' so that sucked… We did go on the big wheel with the balloon, but I couldn't keep my eyes open - I just realized again how scared I am of hights.
