Its come to that time of the year again… Glitzy décor and Christmas lights in the malls – and of course CHRISTMAS SHOPPING.
I can’t believe that December 2006 will be here in two and a half weeks time! This year I’m planning on spending more time around the pool – if we can still work thing out, we might even go for a sea holiday!! I’ve been inquiring about accommodation, and found a flat yesterday [YaY], so it just depends on who’s coming along now 
I haven’t been to the sea since March 2005, so I’m looking forward to this like a little kid.
Summer has really begun, and the weather is PERFECT. Hot summer days, with occasional thunder storms. This is what I LOVE about South Africa. Winter here is just not any good – we get all the cold, but no snow! That’s not fair. But summer is fantastic. Specially during the December holidays. Some people might complain about the heat, but I love it. Bikini’s, suntan lotion, watermelons, and the smell of chlorine & mosquito repellent – it makes me feel young and alive again…

I think sometimes I forget that just because it’s coldy cold where I doesn’t mean it’s cold everywhere! Hope you have a good holiday!
