Personally I feel the traffic cops concentrate on speeding far too much, what about the taxi that just cuts in front of you? Moving violations like that and unroadworthy vehicles are a far bigger danger than a biker doing a fair  lick of speed on a bike built to do it, same goes for supercars. :-)
Time for the cops to stop hiding behind bushes and do some real patrolling.</description>
