Its good to learn new things, and that word up there is my part for today. I can’t pronounce it properly – or at least it doesn’t sound like a proper word when I say it. Maybe that’s the way it was intended. The meaning of it as on Wikipedia is:
Onomatopoeia (occasionally spelled onomatopœia) is a word or a grouping of words that imitates the sound it is describing, suggesting its source object, such as “bang,” “crash”, “click,” “buzz,” “pop,” “zing,” or “untz untz” or animal noises such as “moo”, “woof”, “oink”, “quack”, “baa”, or “meow”. The word is a synthesis of the greek words “onoma” (name) and “poio” (verb meaning “to create”) thus it essentially means “name creation”.

(By the way, that “Poof!” was me disappearing to bed — good night all!)
