You should check into those anti-bark devices that make a noise so high-pitched we can hear it, but the little yapping dogs sure will. You can mount it discretely and they do actually work. Too bad some people have to let dogs bark and bark. Hey at least it's not huge dogs, like I had barking at me before we moved. It was awful. I used to just squirt right into the house, into the yard and right at the dogs with the garden hose. I'd leave it turned on with a trigger handle on the end so it was instant soakdown on the first bark. "Aquatherapy" But do try the sonic device thingy.
