Those sidewalk toilets are quite common in the Netherlands whenever there is an event or large party. You also see them near bars and clubs.

Kaytee, yea they can see in, but it takes like 10 seconds for their eyes to readjust after trying to look. By then, you would have noticed that someone is trying to see and hide your parts (or, if it was me, and you are kind, you would put on a show
