		<description>I love junk food, but I try to keep it in moderation.  I must admit, though, I&#039;m not the most diligent about my diet.  It&#039;s summer here and I really hate the heat so I stay in a good deal.  Thanks for the good advice!!</description>

It just takes a little time to control your portions of what you eat, and exercise. That&#039;s how to lose weight.

You&#039;re so right. It is ok to eat a chocolate bar once in a while. just don&#039;t eat it everyday 3 times a day.</description>
