I have a friend who only celebrates his birhtday every 4 years with a party. I think his parents only gave him a party like that when he was growing up. How sad is that?

I had one friend that celebrated on march 1, and every four years on the 29. She said she was just too lazy to figure out the real date. of course, she said later on, it would only be to her advantage, since she’d be young forever, since her birthday only came every 4 years.
