Yes, its that time of year again – summer!!! December holidays start in 10 days for me!!! I can’t believe that this was 2006. On December 15th I will be working my last day for this year! I’m really looking forward to going to the beach, and spending time with friends in the sun, but its a bit scary to realize how quickly time goes by. Just the other day it was December 2005, and now 2006 is ending?
I’m going to try to make a post of things I’ve achieved this year. There are still things I need to finish at work, but once that’s done, I can relax till next year! It always feels strange to say that, and though its soooo cliché, I still end up using that phrase every year.
I hope you all enjoyed 2006, and everyone is looking forward to the festive season as much as I am!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL
Christmas in summer, would take some getting used to but why not, enjoy!
I’m in George and if you are coming down here, bring lots of warm clothes cause winter is still not over down here… Rainy and cold in the middle of December! I must admit, we had one or two hot days so far…
Hah, you *must* live in either Australia or South America. Today where I am it’s 17ºF (-8ºC) out.
Mmmmmm…… Beach……
If that’s a picture of you, I don’t think you need any additional tanning. Otherwise, good luck with it, and enjoy. I desperately wish I could spend today tanning at the beach instead of cramming at school. Oh well.
Adrian – NICE, you’re right, I’ll be jealous by then, but at least I don’t have to sit here around the house all of December
Slovenian – Merry Christmas to you too – hope you enjoy the cold winter, I must admit I’m a bit jealous. A white Christmas would be nice every once in a while.
Tisha – The though of having a “White Christmas” is a bit strange to me, but I must say it sounds cozy and so much fun. Like they describe in all the books.
Stii – Thanks for the advice, but we’re going a bit further North. I suppose we’ll have warmer weather, but George is quite something. I think I need to go there next year
.
zandperl – I live in South Africa, but close enough
Battlerocker – I so wish that was me!!! I’m paler than what I was upon my return from the UK! Okay, maybe its not THAT BAD, but still… I suppose it gives me more reason to look forward to spending time in the sun. I gotta be so careful still, this South African sun is like poison.
