Referring to my previous post, I think Mr Sibindana might be surprised that a pregnant man might not be such a strange thing!
After hearing about his claim of being pregnant, I googled for “pregnant man”, and came across a really strange article. In the article they mentioned the condition “fetus in fetu” which got me googling again.
It seems that there have been less than 90 reported cases of “fetus in fetu”. Similar to siamese twins, but the one baby somehow forms within the other. A specific case in India got my attention;

Then some part of genitalia, then some part of hair, some limbs, jaws, limbs, hair.” Inside Bhagat’s stomach was a strange, half-formed creature that had feet and hands that were very developed. Its fingernails were quite long. “We were horrified. We were confused and amazed,” Mehta said.
