I'm down with the chocolate fondue and cake but I don't think my doctors would like all that sugar lol

I shall be working only my daytime job on Valentine's day and then hitting the gym. Dinner will be the usual spot on Thursday - local restaurant where I can commiserate with the other single gals.

I think I will be going for my old standby of Chicken Marsala. I love the chocolate fondue though, that sounds like a great idea!

Indeed, the recipe did come from my mom! My sister served Chicken Cordon Bleu at her wedding, along with garlic mashed red potatoes, steamed vegies, rolls. It was really beautiful. The country club where their wedding was held put a cheese sauce on the outside of the chicken, I have no idea what it was, but it was very good!!

I checked out the recipes in the link, I love the idea of the Chocolate S'mores Fondue but I'm not sure I'm brave enough to set food on fire in my kitchen... not to mention, I'd have to make a long drive to be able to get rum as we live in a dry county. Though, it could probably be done without the rum and fire and still be delicious!!
