Yet Again! This weird phenomenon has occured 5 times now – maybe they just have an overload of sticky notes?
Just to show you that I'm not lying – here's the one I got today: (orange)

I found this sticky note now for the 3rd time — On my car — and everytime the same message – same handwriting. Just a different colour paper. My car wasn't even parked @ the same place! In Centurion 2x, and the other time at Johannesburg International Airport? How Bizarre? I haven't phoned, but my curiosity might just force me to. Anyone else got the same message, or know who on earth "Lee" is? Maybe I have a really bad stalker – Who knows? Or maybe Lee is being set up, or … He / She is seriously desperate for someone to phone them. Anyhow. Lemme know if you know anything? Oh, you have to call! That’s just too weird! Call from a public phone somewhere, though, not any of your own phone numbers.
After a quick search on the ‘net (yea I was that bored today), I found the number is a cell phone serviced by SA’s MTN SP. I called the number and a lady picked up and said, “…….”
Craig!!! How can you do this to me? What did she say? Pleazzze do tell? I’m sooo curious.
She said, “I am sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try your call again.” Apparently, Lee doesn’t have the decency to get an international phone!

Have a friend call and act like a sales person or something. Don’t let ??? know the call is a response to the sticky notes. Just to get a feel about male/female, curses at salespeople, replies politely etc…
